Send your Ubi - account.ubisoft.com/account-information (email and password), disable 2FA.

If you have an Xbox linked to your Ubi, you will need to unlink it before I can link my Xbox Account.(You can give pass and email so ican create due to incorrect region issues)The Xbox slot should show as "NOT LINKED". If it is showing the XBOX USER of an account you have already linked, clicking unlink WILL NOT WORK, you will need to open a ticket through Ubi support:
