PUBG Mobile Best Weapons Tier List 2026 TL;DR
-
There are more than 50 weapons in PUBG Mobile in 2026. All of them are different, and not all of them are equally good.
-
Most of the time, playstyle and preferences play the main role in the choice of your weapon. Not everything comes down to just DPS numbers.
-
In my opinion, AUG and M762 are the best weapons in PUBG Mobile, while the Flare Gun is the kind of weapon that is useful outside of dealing damage.
-
Weapons that are in the lower tiers are not useless straight away, but rather situational in most cases.
-
Meta in PUBG Mobile is constantly shifting with updates and balance changes, so stay tuned to guides like this one to stay up to date!

PUBG Mobile Best Weapons Tier List & Tier List Maker
PUBG Mobile continues to be one of the most beloved battle royale games, and in terms of weapons, we have a lot to discuss. With constant updates and shifts in meta, tracking what weapons are actually good in 2026 can be hard. Not to mention, with the sheer number and variety available, there sure is no shortage of weapons to choose from. Currently, there are 9 types of weapons in the game:
-
Assault Rifles
-
Designated Marksman Rifles
-
Sniper Rifles
-
Shotguns
-
Light Machine Guns
-
Submachine Guns
-
Pistols
-
Crossbows
-
Melee Weapons
This is exactly why I made this PUBG Mobile best weapons tier list for 2026 to share my experience and help you choose. But keep in mind that tier list is not the rule book, as it always comes down to personal preference. So here is the twist: if you disagree or want to tweak the placement of any weapon, you totally can! This is an interactive PUBG Mobile tier list maker where you can create your own, customize it however you like, and share it with everyone.
S Tier Weapons in PUBG Mobile - Best Weapons
S tier weapons in PUBG Mobile are at the top of their game. Not only are they the best in the entire game, but they literally define meta. Most players will hold up these weapons as an example and compare the rest to them. Here are the best weapons in PUBG Mobile, in my opinion. If you find any of them, swap your current weapon at any moment:
-
AUG needs no introduction. It is the best weapon thanks to its incredibly fast rate of fire, high bullet velocity, and exceptional stability. AUG is an airdrop weapon and it’s excels both in close as well as mid-range, though one of the recent nerfs in the 4.4 update affected all ARs and AUGs' long-range potential.
-
M762 is considered one of the best assault rifles in PUBG Mobile because of its exceptionally high DPS and versatile attachments.
-
Flare Gun is the ultimate game-changer in PUBG Mobile because it guarantees top-tier loot. Firing it inside the safe zone drops a massive special care package containing rare weapons (like the AWM or AUG) and full Level 3 gear. Needless to say, Flare Gun belongs to the S tier.
-
I would also like to mention M416, which is one of the most popular weapons in PUBG Mobile. It’s very reliable with solid stats that make it a fan favourite.
A Tier PUBG Mobile Weapons
A-tier weapons are still a solid pick with some minor flaws. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still very good, and some of them can even be in S tier, but there’s something that holds them back. Here are some notable examples of A tier weapons in PUBG Mobile:
-
AKM is a classic. It is a very reliable assault rifle, but is held back by high recoil and slow fire rate to be in the S tier.
-
Mini14 is an excellent DMR. It is highly valued for its high bullet velocity (990 m/s), low recoil, and a large magazine capacity (20 rounds, expandable to 30 with an extended mag).
-
DBS is incredibly strong and arguably the best close-quarters weapon in PUBG Mobile. It fires two shots instantly with every trigger pull and features a massive 14-shell magazine.
B Tier PUBG Mobile Weapons
The best way to describe B tier weapons in PUBG Mobile is mid. They are just okay by providing decent firepower and keeping you alive for some time, but once you find something better, you will most likely swap any of these weapons:
-
Vector is highly dependant of the upgrades like extended mag. With it, Vector can easily push to A tier. And it’s not just my opinion. Another PUBG Mobile weapon tier list on Reddit sparked a heated discussion about the placement of some of the weapons, and many players noted that, unlike Uzi, the Vector really needs an extended mag to be a good gun, and I totally agree.
-
M16A4 is a solid and highly dependable weapon. It plays best in mid-to-long-range DMR using single-fire, but struggles in close-quarters due to its 3-round burst. Still, you can go wrong with M16.
-
M1014 is an exceptionally strong shotgun for close-quarters combat, and the only downside is how limited it is to specific situations to be good.
C Tier PUBG Mobile Weapons
These weapons are situational at best. They will help you survive in early stages or when you’re out of ammo, but keeping them for too long will hold you back. Here are some of the best C tier weapons in PUBG Mobile:
-
Thompson SMG is an absolute beast in close-quarters combat. It boasts high damage, a fast fire rate, and an unmatched 50-round magazine (with an extended mag). But as a downside, it has a poor iron sight and lacks scope attachments, making it practically useless for mid-to-long-range fights. Because of that, I decided to put it in the C tier.
-
Win94 is very situational. It is an excellent early-game weapon for mid-range fights because it deals high damage (66 base damage). However, it falls off in the late game since it cannot one-shot enemies with Level 2 or Level 3 helmets.
-
P92 is decent as an early-game drop or for drive-by shooting, but falls short in late stages of the game.
D Tier PUBG Mobile Weapons
D tier weapons of PUBG Mobile are just bad. It’s best for you to avoid picking them, let alone holding them for the long term. If there is no other choice, then you can pick them up, but once you find even the ones from C tier or above, then swap them without delay. Here are the worst weapons in PUBG Mobile:
-
S686 is a prime example of a high-risk, high-reward weapon in PUBG Mobile. It can be really good in close battles in the right hands, but its tiny 2-round capacity and slow reload time leave no room for error.
-
S1897 is in almost the same situation as S686. It is a very solid close-quarter weapon, but the slow pump-action rate of fire leaves you vulnerable between shots.
-
NS2000 is an incredibly versatile weapon. It can be best described as the jack of all trades, master of none. While being versatile, NS2000 struggles with a severe damage drop-off beyond 24 meters and inconsistent pellet grouping.
To wrap up this PUBG Mobile weapons tier list, let’s take a look at the summary one more time. Keep in mind that even the best weapons can be a bad fit for some situations. Map, area, terrain, all of this not only affects the gameplay, but also weapon choice. But here’s my list that I made in the PlayHub tier list maker, and it took me just a couple of minutes.

PUBG Mobile Weapon Loadouts & Combos
To top it all off, I’d like to share some of my favourite loadouts and weapon combos in PUBG Mobile. Probably the most obvious and yet helpful tip would be not to carry weapons that serve the same purpose. You need to cover as many ranges as you can with the limited resources you have. Having long and short-range weapons is a must, but in some situations, depending on the area you’re fighting in, you should consider prioritizing one over another (for example, having the main weapon be close range or vice versa). Here are some of my favourite loadouts:
-
M416 + Mini14 - this loadout is one of my favourites. It is very balanced and works in most situations. M416 handles short range, while Mini14 takes care of longer ranges. Very efficient!
-
Groza + AWM - a very versatile loadout. Groza is perfect for close to mid-range fights, and AWM will destroy anyone at longer ranges.
-
M416 + Kar98k - this loadout is made for snipers who enjoy high-risk, high-reward gameplay. Snipe down the enemy with Kar98 and then finish the rest with M416. Quick and easy.
-
M416 + UZI - the complete opposite of the last loadout. This one is for players who hate sniping and being sniped. M416 combined with UZI is perfect for fast gameplay, aggressive pushes, and close quarter combats.
