All Confirmed Characters in GTA 6
Since the first ever entries in the GTA series, we’ve seen a lot of charismatic and unique characters. And GTA 6 is no exception! It seems like we’re gonna see the biggest and most diverse character cast Rockstar has ever featured in any of their games. To be honest, this makes sense considering that it’s been more than 13 years since GTA 5 came out, but we’re still excited! With that being said, let’s take a closer look at all GTA 6 characters we know so far. It’ll give us a better idea of what to expect from the game’s characters before playing the game!
Protagonists
These are the characters that we’ll be able to play as. GTA 6 will feature 2 protagonists this time and just like in GTA 5, we’ll be able to switch them at almost any time.
Lucia Caminos
Actor: Manni L. Perez (unconfirmed)
Lucia is one of the two protagonists of GTA 6. She’s of Hispanic descent and lived in Liberty City with her family before the game’s events. When she was at an early age, her father taught her how to fight and defend herself. It’s still unknown what brought her to Vice City, but all we know is that she committed some crimes, met Jason, but got caught. After she got released from prison, she has to wear an ankle monitor, which is rumoured to affect the gameplay in some way. Ultimately, Lucia is committed to a relationship with Jason and hopes it will help her achieve the peaceful life her mother always wanted for her. Lucia Caminos first appeared in GTA 6 Trailer 1 and numerous leaks before it.
Jason Duval
Actor: Dylan Rourke (unconfirmed)
Jason is the second protagonist in GTA 6. He grew up around criminals, tried to straighten himself out through the Army, and still ended up back in the same kind of life he was trying to escape. By the time the events of GTA 6 begin, he is working for drug smuggling veteran Brian Heder with his best friend Cal Hampton. Working for Brian Heder allows Jason to live in one of his properties provided that he continues to take part in his illegal business. In the mid-2020s, Jason starts a romantic relationship with Lucia Caminos, which will be a big part of the GTA 6 story. Their story was most likely inspired by the infamous 1930s criminal couple Bonnie and Clyde.
Main Characters
These are the characters that play a significant role in GTA 6, but are unplayable and only appear at some point in the story.
Brian Heder
Brian is a longtime drug runner in the Leonida Keys who still moves product through his boat yard, but he is at the stage where he prefers letting other people do the dirty work for him. Jason and Cal seem to be two of the people carrying that burden. He’s currently engaged to his third wife, Lori Heder.
Cal Hampton
He’s Jason’s best friend and another one of Brian’s associates. Cal is the type of guy who would rather stay home, drink beer, listen in on Coast Guard chatter, and spiral into conspiracy theories online. He’s often described as paranoid and conspiratorial.
Boobie Ike
Boobie Ike is one of the clearest examples of Vice City energy. He is a local legend who turned time in the streets into a real empire built on real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio - Only Raw Records. Boobie is usually friendly with everyone, right until someone tries to mess with his business. Overall, he’s charismatic, flashy, and very aware of his own status.
Dre'Quan Priest
He’s a small-time artist and the business partner of Boobie Ike. Dre'Quan Priest works for his record label, but he was once a street dealer. His passion made him leave criminal life behind and take on the music scene of Vice City.
Bae-Luxe
Bae-Luxe is a member of the Real Dimez rap duo alongside Roxy. These girls have been close friends since high school. Before getting into the music industry, they both performed shakedowns on local drug dealers. They are known for using social media to promote their style and music in Vice City.
Roxy
The second member of the Real Dimez rap duo, Roxy, was already an established artist before forming the group with Bae-Luxe. She had a hit single with local rapper DWNPLY five years ago. They both were very successful until some troubles got them into Only Raw Records. Now, Roxy and Bae-Luxe are in pursuit of another hit song.
Raul Bautista
Raul is the veteran bank robber in Vice City. He’s charming and charismatic, but at the same time, reckless as well. Taking every opportunity, Raul is always looking for the next big score, and maybe that’s exactly what he and protagonists will share in common.
Side Characters
These are GTA 6 characters who appear only briefly and don’t play a major role in the story.

Lori Heder - Lori is Brian Heder’s third wife, and even from the little we know, it looks like she’ll likely appear in the story multiple times.

Stefanie - Lucia's correctional social worker. Appeared right at the beginning of the first trailer of GTA 6.

Rudi - Rudi is a "Leonida Man” who appeared in Trailer 1. Judging by the captions, may be dead by the events of GTA 6.

Phil - Owner of Phil’s Ammu-Nation, which makes him instantly interesting for longtime GTA fans because the character with the same name and similar backstory already appeared in 3D Universe version of Vice City. Is this the same character or just an easter egg? I guess we will have to wait and see.

DWNPLY - Local rapper affiliated with Only Raw Records and Real Dimez.

Wyman - A car enthusiast and most likely a mechanic that appeared in the first trailer of GTA 6.

Dad Bod Guy - Appeared in the first trailer partying on the boat. Most likely will appear on the in-game internet and socials.

Leonida Man - Appeared in the first trailer, making an aggressive crouch-grabbing gesture.

Gold Chain Guy - Unknown character that briefly appeared in the first trailer wearing a white tank top with visible tattoos and a big gold chain.

High Rollerz Mag Guy - Briefly appeared in Trailer 1. He will probably be featured on the in-game internet and social media.

Leonida Joker - Appeared on the news segment in Trailer 1. His appearance is most likely inspired by a real-life “Florida Joker”.

Karen - An angry old woman who briefly appeared in the first trailer.
