But here's a weird part - Avengers: Endgame mode is currently scheduled to run for 4 weeks, with each week containing 2 sessions, for a total of 8 sessions altogether. From what we know, Path to Doomsday - Avengers: Endgame will be an epic PvE game mode where 50 players face off against Thanos and his army. NetEase is pushing Marvel Rivals once again after Marvel Zombies first featured massive hordes of zombies. This time they raise the bar once again, featuring 50 players at once. And just like Marvel Zombies, Path to Doomsday - Avengers: Endgame even mode won’t be available on PS4 because, at this massive scale, it’s just too much for a 2013 console. But for those who don’t know, this event didn’t come as a surprise. Developers have been building up to this moment since The Path to Doomsday: Phase 1, which started 4/30/26. Going back to the topic of gameplay, players will certainly face Thanos directly as a final boss and see the iconic Stark snap ending. Some outlets like Polygon described it as a “multiplayer version of Dynasty Warriors” and this comparison seems to be correct so far. One thing I can say for sure is that this is going to be fun!
