ARC Raiders Frigate TL;DR:
-
Queue a map with the active ARC Frigate condition to get it spawned.
-
Board a Reclaimer on the ground and disrupt it to ride up to the ship.
-
You’ll have to have three Raiders with you for the lever interaction that exposes the central Power Core; destroy the central core and the two smaller cores above it.
-
Work through the side panels to reach the cargo and search its containers for high-tier loot.
-
Bring a Grappling Hook and plan your extraction. Raider Hatches are disabled during this condition.
Target-farming weapon Blueprints could take you upwards of hundreds of hours. To save lots of time, you can always buy ARC Raiders Blueprints on Playhub. Quick and safe delivery guaranteed.
What Is the Frigate in ARC Raiders?
The Frigate is an ARC Operation introduced with Frozen Trail. This encounter combines traversal, puzzle interactions, combat, and looting on a large airborne vessel. Other Raiders can board the same ship, so you'll have to decide whether to cooperate or fight while working toward the objective. I think that the easiest way to complete it is to have three people in a squad with you. The operation also changes the raid underneath it:
-
Free loadouts unavailable
-
Raider Hatches disabled
-
Key room doors are inactive
-
Lower map loot value
The ARC Frigate condition can run on all maps. You should check map selection for an active Frigate condition.

Best Gear to Bring for the Frigate
There’s probably going to be a bunch of combat in there, so you have to bring a bunch of meds and ammo. You need to stay supplied through several stages, and getting stuck with no way to climb is very frustrating. Bring a weapon you can use comfortably against ARC, plus something suitable for fighting Raiders in tighter spaces. Leave enough bag space to actually carry the rewards.
The Hullcracker is definitely worth considering for armored targets. The 2.0 update increased explosive damage against ARC armor plates by 50% while reducing its effectiveness against fragile parts by 30%, so I'd keep a regular armor-piercing firearm available for exposed targets. You have to try not to spend all of your explosive ammo before reaching the main objective, so bringing at least two stacks is a must.
How to Board the Frigate
To board the Frigate, find one of the circular Reclaimers that descend to the ground beneath it. Climb onto the platform and use the disrupt interaction. The Reclaimer then carries you upward, allowing you to get onto the ship. Its shield protects you during the ride, but you still need to be ready to move and fight once you leave it.
Once aboard, work your way up toward the deck. A Grappling Hook gives you a way to climb past parts of the hull route. Before moving on, look back at where you boarded. Remembering the connection between the hull and your entry point makes the journey back much easier.
How to Sabotage the Frigate
The main sabotage objective asks you to destroy the Frigate's Power Cores. Reach the central mechanism and have three Raiders use the nearby levers to raise the central core. Clear the Hydra arc, then shoot the exposed glowing core. There are also two smaller cores above it, one on either side, that need to be destroyed.
Make sure to heal and reload before starting the interaction. Agree on who is taking each lever, then make a clear call when everyone is ready. If another squad is approaching, you’ll have to take enemies down before interacting with levers. Rocketeers and Vaporizers can also disrupt your progress around the objective.
Can you complete the Frigate solo?
You can board alone, but the central lever interaction requires three Raiders. To progress through that stage, a solo player needs to cooperate with others aboard the ship, which can become a huge problem.
How to Fight Hydra on the Frigate
Hydra is a stationary turret with three independently moving weapon sections. It can engage several Raiders at once, so concentrating the whole squad at one exposed angle is a poor way to approach it. Use separate covered positions and coordinate your attacks. When it targets you, get back into cover while a teammate takes an opportunity to shoot.
There is an important cargo-area exception: the 2.0 patch notes identify a bug that lets Hydra detect and shoot Raiders through walls there. If you're taking hits behind a cargo wall, move out of this position.
How to Reach the Frigate Cargo Hold
After sabotage, search the panels along the side of the ship for the cargo route. Work through them one at a time with help from nearby Raiders. Shoot the yellow valve at the end to open additional climbable panels, then continue toward the hold. A Grappling Hook helps with the vertical parts of this route.
Cargo warning: Standing on the side of a cargo drop can instantly kill your Raider due to a confirmed 2.0 issue.
Frigate Loot and Rewards
Amplification Modules are probably the biggest reason to run the Frigate. Its cargo containers can hold these modules alongside other high-tier loot. The modules are also obtainable inside Fallen Emperor on Pendola Pass, giving you a second activity to target for amplification progression in the same run. As for other valuables you can find in the Frigate, the loot priorities are:
-
Amplification Modules needed for planned upgrades.
-
Materials required by current research or projects.
-
Useful weapons and other valuable items that fit the remaining space.
Don't fill the bag so completely on the way in that reaching the cargo turns into an inventory problem. I'd keep spare ammunition and healing until the fighting is finished, then reassess what deserves the remaining slots.
How to Escape the Frigate
After looting, retrace your route toward the boarding area and use the Reclaimer to return to ground level. The Grappling Hook helps you climb back through the ship and reach that route much quicker than on foot. Raider Hatches are disabled during the Frigate condition, so you’ll have to plan around the regular extractions.
